1. Copyright & Ownership
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed production agreement, all visual works (including high-resolution stills, behind-the-scenes photography, e-commerce assets, and motion footage) are the exclusive intellectual property of Luis Diaz and Scéal Video (© 2026 Scéal Video).
Client commissions are granted non-exclusive, defined-territory licences according to individual contracts. No transfer of copyright is implied by publishing, viewing, or browsing portfolio works on this website.
Commercial Rights-Managed (RM)
Custom licensing available for advertising campaigns, out-of-home (OOH) media, print publications, broadcast television, and digital marketing. Fees are tailored to media type, campaign duration, and geographic territory.
Editorial & Press Feature
Journalistic and editorial coverage regarding featured productions and partner brand stories may be licensed with mandatory credit line: Photo: Luis Diaz / Scéal Video.
Prohibited Usage
- Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of imagery without a valid signed licensing agreement.
- Use of stills or video captures to train, fine-tune, or ingest into generative AI models without express written consent.
- Defamatory, unlawful, or deceptive marketing use of any client or brand imagery featured in our portfolio.
