We only collect data necessary to provide professional video production proposals and services:

• Inquiry & Proposal Data: Name, business email, company name, phone number, estimated project budget, production timeline, and project description submitted via our Proposal Builder, contact forms, or lead form ads.
• Analytics & Conversion Tracking: Anonymized web interaction data, device information, and conversion events collected through Google Tag (gtag.js), Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Communication Records: Correspondence via email, telephone, or video consultation concerning project scoping and delivery.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following GDPR legal bases:

• Performance of a Contract / Pre-contractual steps: Generating custom video production quotes, schedules, and deliverables.
• Consent: Where you opt in to newsletter communications or submit specific inquiry forms.
• Legitimate Interests: Analyzing campaign performance, improving user experience, and preventing fraudulent submissions.

4. Data Retention & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted operational service providers who comply with GDPR standards:

• Google Ads & Google Analytics: Measurement, enhanced conversion tracking, and advertising attribution.
• Hosting & Database Infrastructure: Vercel (Next.js serverless hosting) and Google Cloud / Firebase (secure storage).
• Email Infrastructure: Google Workspace and Resend for transactional proposal delivery.

Lead and project inquiries are retained for up to 36 months to maintain business context for ongoing and repeat corporate clients, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized upon request.
